“Grayslake Feed Sales has everything you want for feeding wild birds and your house pets. When you buy in bulk, they graciously help you load your car with a smile. You will really love these folks as I do!”
“I love our rewards points! It feels like we always have a reward or some cash when we shop, which is always very exciting. We go here a lot. We get our three dogs groomed here and buy our dog food here - we can’t recommend it enough. When one of our dogs came down with an allergy we spent hours in and out of the store to find out what worked and there was always someone there to help us and answer our questions or suggest us a new option. We took a couple of your marketing materials to pass to our friends and family who have dogs as well. We’re excited to have them join our Krisers family.”
“Kara and her staff are not only very knowledgeable but SO FRIENDLY! They have the best of the best when it comes to products. I can’t say enough good things about Twelve Paws. Highly recommend! Shop local when you can! ❤ I follow them on socials to get updates on new stuff, events, etc:)”
“Wonderful people who really know what they're talking about. Very helpful. I had several questions and needed some advise. Great prices too. Check them out .”
“Pets & Things have been grooming our pup for almost 11 years. We love them!!! We moved away and still travel an hour to return because they're the absolute best!”
“Simply no other store like this. They have the widest variety of treats and foods and supplements for your animal. This is the only place I shop for my dogs foods and treat needs any more.”
“Awesome place. Love being able to get loose bird food. Nice array of bird supplies. Extremely friendly people. We just got Violet from your store today. She is a baby ring neck. She is a doll and so friendly. You did a great job with her and we love her.”
“We can’t say enough great things about Taylor! We bring our very anxious dog in every month just for nail trims, and she has been absolutely amazing with her. Our dog is usually very nervous, but Taylor is so patient, gentle, and kind that she actually feels comfortable with her, which means the world to us.
Taylor always does a fantastic job trimming her nails, and she takes the time to make sure the experience is as stress-free as possible. It’s clear how much she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with. We always leave feeling grateful knowing our pup was treated with such compassion and care.
If you have an anxious dog, we highly recommend Taylor. She’s truly the best!”
“I booked a nail trim on line, easy! The grooming team was caring and attentive to my dog who was scared. The store had what I needed and the young lady at the register was pleasant and engaging. I have been to many pet stores with less than a good experience. This location will surely be my go to. Keep up the great work!”
“Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I get my cat food here because it is always fresh and not broken into smithereens like when ordering it thru Amazon.”
“Tina and staff are fantastic. I can bring my big dog in for nail clips and be done in a few minute. My dog loves Tina. Been going to canine clippers for over 20 years.”
“The customer service from Caroline here was amazing! We bought a lawn tractor (huge purchase) her advice was so good, she went out of her way to help us. We have already been back to buy more garden stuff. Fab prices great quality. Highly recommend a visit!”
“The grooming salon is amazing!!! Such great service and attention to detail. We have a large golden-doodle that has a coat like a sheep and difficult to groom. They take such great care of him and he looks amazing every single time. If I could give them 6 stars I would!! Thank you!”
“Very welcoming, clean and Gavin was helpful showing me the more durable toys for my pup (which I bought 3 of).
But man, the prices of clothes for dogs are a little insane ? human clothes are cheaper. Maybe it's just the hype of having a pup now a days.”
“Awesome place! Arrived at 10.30 pm with appointment at 8 am next day. Woke me up at 4 am, unloaded in 30 min, let me stay overnight at the same spot. Super kind man. Thanks!!! As in this area no place around to go in the middle of the night.”
“Nice selection of gardening supplies, decor, tools, and real farming stuff. Also live chicks, a pet wash station, and zero-turn mowers. Clean and well organized, and staff is available and willing to help.”
“We just finished puppy training class with Kayla O. Kayla was very patient and knowledgeable. I would recommend Kayla for your dog training needs.
The rest of the stores staff is also very nice and helpful.”

“My dog & I love going to this pet store. Everyone makes you feel welcome. They will say hello & pet the dog & offer a treat. They always make sure to have full shelves with good choices. Its a rarity to find a store where every employee actually cares & this store goes above & beyond! I can even be in a bad mood yet come out of here a happy girl! 😊”
