“The people who work here really care about customers. I walked in as I was looking for a birthday present and a lady at the front showed me where I could find some choices. She was so kind. I was having an issue accessing my Kohls Cash as there isn't much of a signal in the store and some other problems with it yet the team there helped me a lot. The cashier was kind and the supervisor was kind. They should be the trainers for all Kohls store. This location is doing everything right for a positive customer experience. My friend really likes her bracelet. Thanks for making me feel like a valued and appreciated customer.”

“I’ve shopped C&M for 30 yrs. Inventory is unique, up & coming as well as established designer labels. I never see myself walking down the street. Ok, maybe once in a blue moon. European, classic & hip styles from loungewear to cocktail. If she doesn’t have your size, she orders it and gets to you in less than a week. I very seldom walk out empty handed. Service is attentive. Staff is always available. You are acknowledged as soon as you walk in the door which is a rarity these days. They value establishing a long term relationship with the customer.”

“My husband and I went out Friday night and shopped for 3 hours to get an outfit for my mom's funeral. It was such a disappointment, as nothing looked good. I suggested Chico's Saturday morning and I was not disappointed. I asked Carol to help me. She picked out a few things for me to try on and within 30 minutes I had what I needed. “I am a former resale shopowner and recovering shopaholic and I have not LOVED a resale shop like this in many years. I usually walk around resales and find nothing exciting. Everything here is only the best of what is donated. The furniture was beautiful and bargain priced. They had a lot of high end home decor. I bought candles and candleholders, a down throw, a winter coat, a large canvas picture, a book, a cd, 4 new or like new designer clothing items and with the discount it was only $100. More than I have found at a resale in many many years! There was a beautiful pair of living velvet living room chiars for only $49 each that I wish I had room for! A lot of the clothing was new with the tags on it. I bought a few designer tops that were upwards of $200 on poshmark and ebay for only $20, PLUS if your are over 62, you get 20% off everything on Tuesdays. I can't wait to treasure hunt here again and check out the other locations.”
