I brought the car back a month later and they changed the tires at the quoted price. Altogether, I found Auto Lab to be transparent, honest, and professional. “Waukegan Tire is great. I have been taking my vehicles here for years. Les behind the counter is very responsive and helpful. I had to flats on the passenger side along w 2 rims that had damage. They worked with us and were able to send them to be refurbished and helped us save $1k+ in repair cost. Highly recommend these guys”

“Dropped off my tire . Had a valve stem leak and instead of just replacing the whole TPMS sensor they found that it was just a piece of the sensor that was bad and replaced that. You don’t get that kind of service every day. Will be using them for my future needs for sure .”

“These guys are the best. Don't look any further. I took my car to a brand new Tire place called Belle. They broke my bolt to the tire and pretty much asked me to leave like there was no hope. He has always been affordable, frequently working around my strained budget to get me back on the road. Anytime he’s needed the car overnight, he has provided a loaner. He’s extremely knowledgeable and just a nice person. I’d feel comfortable recommending Rouse’s to anyone.

“Heads up Mike is the best, I had brakes - Rotors and tires done in October 2024 then moved out of town. 9,000 miles and 9 Months later I had scorched front Rotors and half my brake pads were gone.( 12 Month unconditional warranty on parts per Nappa policy) Mike stood up for me and demanded that the distributor pay me back for parts from out of state. They didn't want to, but he got me a full refund and Nappa mailed me a check for $550 to cover replacement costs for new Rotors,front and back. He stands behind his work and I was in a bad spot that he helped me navigate.”
