She was the kindest, most compassionate employee I have ever encountered during my entire scary health experience. She even offered advice on what she did in her case, and I am so appreciative of the time and effort she spent talking to me. I just wanted to share my experience in hopes that it encourages other people to seek out care for their own scary health experiences. “So I'm at Walmart buying tires for my car. And when checking in they will be able to put them on they said not until Tuesday. When I spoke with them yesterday they had given me Sunday as the date that they would be able to put them on but when I came in they said they were booked up until Tuesday. There is an employee here by the name of Maryland Who is working the front desk taking my order. She checked to see if there may have been any cancellations on tomorrow but they won't she didn't looked at me and said could I have my car here at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning and I said yes. She canceled her appointment for her vehicle so that I may get mine done! Great customer service let's give them to me and I'm very appreciative. Way to go Marilyn! I thank her and I praise God for blessing me with favor! Karman is the service manager and is the most pleasant manager that I've ever dealt with in automotive! She represents the automotive department at Walmart very well!”
