“Tonight there was a very long line at the pharmacy drive-through due to a woman having a lot of questions about her insurance coverage and her medication. The pharmacy staff member was extremely patient, kind and provided her excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to try to answer her questions while remaining extremely professional. Even though I had to wait, I was extremely impressed with the amount of care that he provided her, while also remaining very calm.”

“We had recently lost our insurnace. My husband has COPD and the prescriptions he takes are over $500.00. Darcy a pharmacy tech took the time to help me with a phone interview that lasted over 45 min with the company GlaxoSmithKline to go over and submitt an application so that my husband could receive his medication for a 10.00 co-pay and sign him up to receive his medican for a year at this price. She did this with a smile on her face. This could have been a very uncomfortable situation but due to her pleasant manner it was not. Thank you Wal Mart for the Special people you have hired and please do not over look this employee.”
