I was stuck in St. Louis all day trying to get a rental, and despite trying with multiple people from multiple Enterprise locations, it wasn’t until Eli pointed me in the right direction that I could finally get what I needed. And it wasn’t even from the Enterprise location he worked at that I got the rental from (they were all out), he set me up so I could get one from a different location. It was refreshing to find someone who knew how to get things done after spending a whole day unsure if I’d ever be able to get back on the road like I needed to be.”

“I called about getting a car less than 1 hr before close on a Friday and then had to walk 15 minutes to get there before they closed. Logan helped me and was very professional, courteous and kind and arranged me a good car for what I needed. He explained all costs and rules clearly and sent me on my way. I rented for a week but returned a day early. Again, Logan was there and was very kind and friendly. I was refunded for the day I didn't use and received my deposit back promptly. Would recommend!”

Shelby helped me sooooooo much and was just literally on my side the whole way. She understood what I was looking for & my budget of spending, when I say this lady is the sweetest! She takes extreme pride in high quality service and it SHOWED .. If I had more stars to give, I WOULD for sure ON TOP OF the entire staff really getting you “In and Out” … nobody wants to wait for a Rental .. Although they were busy, the rep greeted everyone, said she'd take care of everyone quickly and she did!I rented a vehicle from the Enterprise on Washington Ave and had the opposite experience..the car wasnt ready, i had to wait for them to 'clean' one & they purposely gave a half tank of gas AND they were rude!!I will definitely use Budget & rent from this location again!!!”

“I have twice used this budget location.The first time I tried to use my uberone membership for booking and Uber, not Budget, made a huge mess of that.In under 30 minutes the helpful staff had me on the road, in a better car at a better price by showing me how to use Budget Fast Break.They are now my go to car rental place. Always friendly, helpful and efficient.”
“I have rented large trucks more than 5 times to move my furniture cross-country, and the customer service I received was absolutely the best. The location owner assisted me in ways I can't begin to describe when my Condo rental in St. Louis fell through. I am truly grateful for the experience and will always use this facility for my St. Louis, Mo. moving needs. The Olive Street location is close to downtown and very well secured. Great BBQ in the area if you have some time to burn. PS, don't listen to the 1st to review, it sounds like the person enjoys dropping 1 star reviews no matter where RB steps foot.”
