“The Order Pick-Up is sorta sus. Aside from the ceiling sign, nothing's really defined. No X, no square, no line. It's very nondescript. The button to summon an employee isn't labeled. That's kind of a trip. I see what you trying to do but you can do better than this.”

Glen carbon sold me a faulty developmental baby toy and 4 years past best by lipgloss for children and couldn't pick up after 4 calls ... granite city picked up in one and got it handled and ima just return it there cause even when there's not all the same fancy things at least they usually nice to me.
The checkout assistant was nice I guess at glencarbom that day but she took a bit talking to some other people showing somwthin on her phone well I need help and am trying leave quick with ma baby.

“I generally like Ross stores, but this location might not be my favorite. I've been to others that had more deals. However, I will still return if I'm looking for something specific. The store is clean and the staff is friendly, which makes for a pleasant shopping experience.”
“Absolutely 10/10. The staff were amazing, helpful, kind, professional and personable. Three rooms with plenty to look at! I went in with the purpose of stocking my bar glasses and was not disappointed. Even if I was just wandering in I could find something to buy in there. Classic mid-century decor and furniture that looks in great shape. Will be coming back again and again!!!”

“Well-stocked Family Dollar store. Very clean. Many items did not have the price marked, but the cashier was more than happy to check the price for me. Lots of cute Halloween and Fall decor. You could easily decorate a dorm or buy the basics for a new apartment here, in one place and for less than you'd spend at Walmart or somewhere similar. Lots of candles at good prices, as well. Great selection of groceries, including a cooler section with cold cuts, milk, cheese, etc. Last but not at all least, be sure to check out the clearance!”
“It's been a while since I visited this Family Dollar Store. On the afternoon of Sunday, January 28, 2024, I encountered Christine, the friendly employee at the front, along with two other co-workers who were equally pleasant. They were diligently working to organize the store, and it's evident that they've made significant improvements since my last visit during the COVID outbreak. Despite hearing some negative comments about this location, I believe the team is putting in a commendable effort to enhance the store. Conveniently located just a minute away from my home, I plan to return. The store offers great bargains, particularly on pet toys.”
“Despite of alot of them closing in more of the in the so called Black communities I always get treated nice and get service quickly don't always have what I need not the best on appearance but Great workers in a friendly environment now the people coming in might be rude . I haven't had any problems”
“Nice store with a lot of products. There are clothing options, food and animal products, health care items and general household and cleaning supplies.
Grocery items are also available in limited quantities and smaller sizes.
The store is well lit and a sign to encourage proper community etiquette was in the clothing area.
There are store carts with long vertical bars to prevent driving them outside.
There’s plenty of free self-parking available and the store closes late to enable ample shopping time.
The staff member was polite and courteous.”

“The nicest guy employee Andy, helped me find the best cheddar cheese ever. It was Cabot cheese. He was very helpful and friendly. Electric wheelchair was available. Handicapped parking was great. Handicapped restroom and entrance. There are long lines to get to register, but it moves faster than expected.”
“I must say the Walmart Pharmacy on Telegraph Rd. Is wonderful, they honestly saved our dog Rocky's life! Our 3yr old dog has a severe case of Epilepsy and will go into grandmal seizures without his medication. I tried for 3 days to get ahold of my vets office to fill his meds with no luck The pharmacy staff tried numerous times to get his med filled by calling and faxing them for a refill with no luck, my Dog went without his meds for 1 day and had a major seizure, he fell down was shaking and urinated on himself, it was awful I was in tears afraid he wasn't going to come out of it! So I went to work and after I got off I went to Walmart to get his meds and of course they still had not received his medication refill from the vet, Rocky is on phenobarbital which is a controlled substance in MO. And it can't be filled with out a Dr,s approval! Mina, Zack, Kalie, Barb, Gretchen & Angie could see I was upset and crying worried about our dog, and they calmed me down and said that they would go ahead and fill his medication partially till the Vet called them back! I couldn't believe it, I was just amazed, and one of the sweet ladies came to me and said try another Humane Society instead of the one on Macklind so once I got home I gave Rocky his meds and called the Humane Society in Maryland Hts. And was able to get right trough to a tech and they approved my dogs meds! Amazing, anyway sorry to go on and on but I want people to know there is still good people out there that care, and I will forever be grateful to the entire staff for taking care of my dog he has had the medication in him for about and hour now and he already seems very calm, So again I just want thank the Telegraph Rd, pharmacy staff for saving my dogs life! Thank you”

We only had one problem, when we got to the pickup area and tried to call the contact number to pick up-the --it went to VM each time. did get our lg order without having to have exposure. Order was great, only 2 subs. Prices were better than Aldi's. Walmart smoked the competition. On time. Good prices. few subs.”
