“While out shopping today I had a blood sugar drop and my numbers were extremely low. Not only did they get me in wheelchair but provided me with candy and a sandwich and chips.
Maggie and Courtney went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. They even paged my partner over the PA. They did all of this while the store was at its busiest and remaining calm.

“I thought all walmarts where created equal.Nope.The wal mart in Collinsville is bigger has better parking and people who actually work there that will help u or check u out so u dont have to do self check out like an idiot.Sorry Granite walmart. Um editing this cause 2nd visit was horrible i was treated so badly by a young dark haired guy i will never go back.i wish i had his name i would call and say something.Never has anyone been so rude.it was beyond the normal rudeness.”
“I generally like Ross stores, but this location might not be my favorite. I've been to others that had more deals. However, I will still return if I'm looking for something specific. The store is clean and the staff is friendly, which makes for a pleasant shopping experience.”
“Actually very clean and well stocked which surprised me because a lot of the value stores in this area either have low quality stock or leave pallets of stuff everywhere in the aisles. I was impressed. The staff was nice too. Good work”
“This is honestly the best family dollar I've been to. I'm a regular, and every time I've come in, their store is spotless. That should scream volumes for upper management, considering most Family Dollar, Dollar General, Dollar Tree stores are a mess in almost every isle, and the employees look defeated. This store specifically, stays clean and the employees are always happy and helpful. Switching management was a good move. The new Store manager has dedication that all managers need. This is why all of her employees are happy, which in return, those same employees spread that happiness to their customers! Great job guys!”
“Not gonna lie, this Wal-Mart gets pretty busy quite often, but the workers here do go the extra mile when it comes to helping find items, keeping the store stocked and cleaned, and when there are long lines at checkout they demonstrate team work quite admirably!”
“Even though it was crowded at the money center and could have used a third cashier, the two who were working did an excellent job. I commend Jesica on her professionalism, friendly disposition, and her great attitude. My wife had a couple of transactions to do and messed up a few times. Through it all, Jesica was very patient, understanding, and helpful. She gave such great service my wife and I tried to give her a tip, but she refused. She said that she could not accept tips. What a shame. Moments like this are what tipping is for. Great personality, great skills, and a woman of integrity. Walmart, you could use a few more Jessica's. ?”

“Best place for holiday, birthday, Baby Showers, first time College Apartment, college dorm shopping great gift and snack area cards Graphic T's are my favorite I shop there every summer for shirts to match with my friends for outdoor activities like six flags, beach, water park this place is great to shop year round and had great deals, cute shoes and clothes tote bags jewelry and makeup accessories for the ladies atmosphere is friendly for the whole family ☺️”
“New manager the floors and the building looks much nicer. It makes you actually want to go in and shop and the new manager is very friendly and very helpful about where stuff is. Not to mention there's a whole new layout. And there's a new frozen food section”
“It's been a while since I visited this Family Dollar Store. On the afternoon of Sunday, January 28, 2024, I encountered Christine, the friendly employee at the front, along with two other co-workers who were equally pleasant. They were diligently working to organize the store, and it's evident that they've made significant improvements since my last visit during the COVID outbreak. Despite hearing some negative comments about this location, I believe the team is putting in a commendable effort to enhance the store. Conveniently located just a minute away from my home, I plan to return. The store offers great bargains, particularly on pet toys.”
“Bought a perfect belt, and still have clothes on the cheap I can whip up a nice outfit with. Always like the novelties and gift ideas. Just a short walk to get essentials if the weather is crap or you just don't generally want to go far to get them. The last month I got cat food, headphones, batteries, holiday cards + decorations an easy peasy Xmas tree. It worked out, didn't need to drive.”

“This morning the Lanes were slower than christmas(as usual), self checkout isnt open and it was unbearable.
Then all of a sudden the stunningly beautiful woman wearing a hijab walks behind to guest service.
I was lucky enough to have the awareness to go over to her to get checked out.
She was very nice which is unusual because whenever I come into Target in the mornings im never greeted or met with any sort of positivity. She greeted me with a slight wave and a smile. Such a gorgeous and vibrant woman is what that team needs.(as opposed to the disgruntled old man who despises man kind)
I couldnt get her name but all I remember is she had jeans on lol. High praise to her!❤️”
