“I had an AMAZING experience with Lindsay at Hampton's Kitchen & Appliances in Champaign, IL. We were doing a flip house, and I wasn’t impressed with the quality of cabinets at the big box stores. They were made so cheaply and the lead time for anything decent was awful. “Andrew was absolutely fantastic to work with when trying to purchase a washer/dryer set. Although I wasn’t able to buy a matching set (GE doesn’t make a dryer with a drop-down door to fit my space constraints), I did purchase a washer. He held the washer until I purchased a dryer elsewhere, then worked with me and a fluctuating schedule (mine, not his) to install both appliances and remove the old ones. He was polite, honest, and very knowledgeable about his product. If all businesses provided this type of customer service, the world would be a happier place.
