“I recently brought my Crosstrek in to have coolant and transmission fluid serviced, and it was a pleasant experience. Service was done in less than 3 hours and the shuttle service was very convenient. I paid more than I would have at a general mechanic shop, but it was worth it to know factory-trained mechanics were working on my car with OEM fluids. Also, the estimate I received during scheduling matched the amount I was billed after service was completed. 10/10 for transparency.”

“Past two years Serra has been doing maintenance on my Forester. Recently went for oil change. Last oil change took a lot longer than it should have. This oil change after a minor error took two tries to get it corrected Raine said NO CHARGE. That is excellent customer service and keeps me as a customer!!!”
“We had bought this car 2 weeks ago give or take. Put about 531 miles on her so far. She runs like a champ. Everything works fine. It's a 2009 honda with 148k miles on it. I'm going to recommend ask for Quincy when you walk in. He sold my cousin a car a long while back. He road that thing for years. My auntie got a car off Quincy, she loves it and they did her good on the financing. This the 3rd or 4th car my family has got from him. Maybe more honestly. All in all I'm happy with our purchase.
