“I picked up a rental car at another location, and rental had lots of issues (e.g., pet hair all over trunk, which I turned out to be allergic to, issues with bill/charges). Shortly after pick up, I couldn't get in touch with original location by phone as they closed earl. Customer service recommended calling the next morning. The next morning, the original location recommended I go to the closest location at the Champaign Willard. Even though I did not originally get my car from this location, they took care of all the issues I had. Abdi was working and was very helpful, professional, and understanding. If you're in central Illinois & renting from Budget, go to this location!”
