“Everyone at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. My bathroom renovation from hell landed me here for a month. (I only live five minutes away.)

They extended my stay and even put my parents up under short notice.

I super appreciate their generosity and hospitality.

The outdoor pool is lovely.

The kind staff turned a nightmare situation into a tolerable one for me.”

“Well the room was clean and very quiet place and I slept good but when I checked out the front desk person he wasn't really friendly he didn't bother to ask me how was my stay but other than that everything was fine thank you ☺️??”

“I will recommend this place over and over again!
It's clean. The rooms are spacious. Parking is free and plenty. Very courteous employees. Good breakfast spread. Thank you!”

“A good sized room at a reasonable price. They offer a free meal in the evening, nothing fancy, that would be suitable for someone too tired to go out after driving all day. Breakfast is scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, or cereals. Handicapped parking isn't all that close to main entrance. Fast food restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee shops nearby.”

“I stayed at this hotel twice in a week during legs of a road trip. It was the best pet-friendly option as I was traveling with my dogs. The full size fridge/freezer was helpful for my road snacks and keeping items cold overnight. The hotel is fairly close to the interstate, but kind of tucked away. No food within an easy walk other than what you can buy at their service desk.

Rooms: Rooms were clean and tidy.”

“This is a very cute and clean hotel. Room was small but adequate for my needs. Window seat was cozy for coffee in the morning. Nice continental breakfast. 24 hour coffee and tea available. Very nice room for the price!!!”

“David at front desk was awesome and attentive, responded to needs quickly and with a smile! Pool warmer than many hotels. Was a good spot to meet others and enjoy time together. Thanks Quality Inn.”

“Very nice for the price. Friendly helpful staff. Out of the way location but still close enough to everything you might be looking for locally. Rooms seemed clean, and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the pillows were tiny for a king-size bed, and it was odd for there to only be three of them. Not at all a deal breaker, though. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Homewood suites Champaign Il. Is a great place if your looking for short or long term stay. We stayed 4 plus months and the rooms were great, the staff unbelievably friendly and professional. Tony at the front desk and the entire staff are always friendly and so accommodating. The general manager Dusty is very caring and went above and beyond to help us. Overall if your looking for a place to stay this is the one.”

“Entire place is clean and well kept. Rooms are nice. Kitchens in room were surprisingly nice for their compact and efficient nature. Their coffee in the morning was actually really good, too! Staff was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. And you're right next to 57/74, too.”

“We checked in at 3 AM on a Saturday morning. My name and we're traveling for approximately 18 hours straight. I had a health crisis. We were able to Check-in with ease. We were treated very well. The property is very well maintained very up-to-date. And not what you would expect from a motel. The people were very friendly. It was very quiet. We were able to relax and get it together to finish our drive home. We are very thankful for this red roof inn.Rooms: The rooms were clean up today and very well maintained.Nearby activities: Again, shopping restaurants movies.Safety: Property is safe. There's always someone there. It was a very pleasant experience.Walkability: There are several restaurants that are within walking distance. There is close by shopping. There's movies all of which are what would be considered a short walk?”

“Our first stay at a Drury Inn and it was better than expected. The entire experience was rewarding. We signed up to become members and are looking forward to our next stay. It was so nice to check in and not have to leave for dinning, etc. Everything is under one roof, which is nice after a long day of driving.Rooms: Updated and comfortable.Food & drinks: So nice to have a good meal provided on site.Noteworthy details: Drinks, dinner, breakfast, popcorn, etc... included.”

“Just a great campus experience, primarily if you get a room facing the quad. The rooms aren't fancy by any means, but they are neat and clean and have everything you need. Lots of great amenities in the Union and you can't ask for a more central campus location to stay.”

“Nice, quiet location. Dog friendly. Decent breakfast. Really nice staff. Room was a little dated and worn in some areas, but still good. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.”

“I'm a 33 y/o female traveling alone with my dog, we're here for his cancer treatment. Basically I just need somewhere affordable to stay where I can get work done during the day. This was totally fine for what I needed, and I felt okay walking around the hotel at night with my pup. Luckily I have a hot spot for work because their internet wasn't great. Is this a vacation spot? No. Is it somewhere affordable and clean to stay? Yes.Pros: clean room, very quiet, lots of outdoor space to walk dogs, less than 10 min drive to U of I, price is good, nice balcony in each room (I really loved this aspect, it's nice to have fresh air and sunlight!), free breakfast, indoor pool, bar with games, easy check in, nearby to food and stores, small printer and computer in lobbyCons: outdated, no hot tub, the breakfast was free but it wasn't very good (I don't eat meat or eggs, but they did have bacon and eggs available that didn't look too bad, other food was cold and area looked like it could use a cleaning), wifi isn't reliable- so if you need to work definitely keep that in mind, not all rooms are the same- my furniture differed from my first and second stay, some of my towels were sort of gross- they were clean but if you held it up to the light there were stains. I just ended up buying my own towels. NO ELEVATOR!, very basic tv and cable channels”

“Great front desk staff. Highly accommodating to a traveling soccer team. The day porter has the place immaculate. Saw him paying high attention to detail when we were in the hallway and lobby and the property shows. Good pool, kids enjoyed it. Free apples in the lobby. If those aren’t free let me know my daughter had 8!”

“Stayed here as a last minute option for my graduation from UIUC. I had another hotel booked but it was double the price, and was lucky enough to find this place on hotels.com pay upon arrival. The hotel is undergoing construction, but they had an indoor heated pool that’s open til 10pm, which is pretty late/generous for any hotel pool time. They said breakfast was offered, but I didn’t see that during my stay. Front desk was attentive to needs. Close to uber to the UIUC campus or to get food delivered. Would stay here again if on a budget with constraint. Not a bad stay, just not a lot of fixings / lux extras either. Rooms were clean and heating worked well.”

“The team at this Marriott found a very special stuffed animal that belongs to our 2 year old and took the effort to mail it back to us. I cannot say how meaningful this was to us and thank you so much!!Rooms: The love seat turned into a pullout bed for our toddler and she loved it.”

“For the price, this was not a bad place to stay a night. The rooms were older, but the beds were comfy and didn't have any little critters to go with them. The place felt decently secured. The one but caveat is the outside card reader to get into the building is probably about to lose all function as badging in would require multiple tries.Walkability: The area is decent safe to walk around in, and has many restaurants within walking distance”

“Rooms were nice, but the hotel is a little older so not as many amenities as other hotels however, breakfast was included, and snacks, water, and pop were available at no charge if you needed them. The pleasant staff made this a nice place to stay.”

“Very nice room and spacious. My only take away is, in my room in the bathroom, there is only one shower door which leads to water getting all in the floor. The water is so soft that it took 24 minutes to get shampoo and conditioner all out of my hair. The bottom of the shower was so slick because the water is too soft that it wouldn't wash everything down the drain. Very dangerous especially for older people. Please check the water.”
