“A rapid oil change place unlike the others. I had a bad experience a few years ago with a jiffy lube and used dealerships ever since, but couldn’t get into a dealer so I gave this place a shot. I was very pleased with the quality of work here for oil changed - even saw a torque wrench come out for the drain plugs and the impact driver used only on skid plates. Did not get upsold on a couple small things I know the vehicle needed, it was listed on the sheet so I know they checked them but I always appreciate not getting a sales pitch. Will return for my next oil change - good value here”

“I was a late arrival to the store. The closing hours were 5:30 and I arrived at 5:10 pm. The gentleman that greeted me was very pleasant and let me know what their process was since I was a first time customer. The waiting room was tidy and well taken care of. The next man that came to the desk to tell me about the services was also very kind. He did a nice job explaining what was offered and showed the price of each service on the computer screen. Most importantly to me, was that he was not pushy or forceful in his offerings of additional services other than the oil change that I came in for. I did end up adding the coolant, and an air filter. I appreciate that everyone was kind and gracious even though I was there so close to closing time. I will definitely be a return customer.”

“Came here because I thought my air filter or AC needed a recharge. Turns out someone in the passenger seat had adjusted the AC to heat in plain summer and I didn’t notice. Anyway, they were honest and politely told me there was nothing wrong with my car. Embarrassing but glad my car was fine, and most of all that they were nice enough to tell me that!”

“We had a problem with the car's battery and locking system. The problem was diagnosed quickly and we were given extremely helpful advice on how to address it. I couldn't recommend them higher! They were courteous, responsive and patient with our questions as we decided what to do with the car. “They seemed over scheduled and under staffed. The people working here are nice and understanding of you are nice and understanding to them. The work was done quickly and well for the price. The star is knocked off for the reasons that they are understaffed. This means you must have an appointment to get service for minor things.”
