Charlene did an amazing job at helping me with the issues i was having on my phone. As someone who's not exactly "tech savvy" I appreciated how patient she was with me. :)

I’ve been wanting to upgrade my phone for a while and was having difficulty figuring out if I wanted to move from my iPhone to a Samsung Flip. probably one of the best AT&Ts I've been to. the manager Charlene was really quick to step in and help me.
