“I started my first account here. 2.5 or 3 years old. I said dad, Stick em up!! I cleaned my room, mowed the lawn, (with my plastic mower) did the dishes, can i have an allowance now. Today I tried coming a little earlier (probably 15min to close) and they made sure to get all my deposits done stayed 5 min past and they were very courteous. Although I do wish they had a drop box would make my life easier and probably theirs.”

“The service manager here is amazing (i.e. the person I talked to on the phone). My phone call was around noon on a Tuesday. She was very patient and thorough answering my different questions about notary services, even though I am not an accountholder. I didn't know it was free, but she told me it was free and didn't try to upsell me. I also wanted to schedule weirdly far ahead, and she had no issue with that. She was very proactive in reaching out to the notaries I needed, and making sure that they would be able to fulfill my specific request.”
