“I started my first account here. 2.5 or 3 years old. I said dad, Stick em up!! I cleaned my room, mowed the lawn, (with my plastic mower) did the dishes, can i have an allowance now. They had some minimums or something, so my dad gave me 300.00 dollars. I walked up to counter, the lady was so nice. I gave her 3-one hundred dollar bills, and she said wow, big money.. I was blushing. This bank is/was awesome. Always went here with my dad every few days gor a car ride back in the 1990s”

“I’m a notary public, I was conducting a signing on behalf of Bank Of America at this branch today 12/7/2024, 10am. I was meeting two clients to close on their loan on behalf of Bank Of America,. Upon arrival I met the clients, then asked a representative if I could use one of their cubicles to conduct the closing. I saw at least two that were empty.
This particular representative, Caucasian, female with an Eastern-European accent, wears glasses and has short spiked-hair, similar to Drago from Rocky 4. She was very rude and told me that we couldn’t use any of the desks.
I relayed this to the clients, who promptly replied that they don’t want their personal information discussed in public.
We then went to an another representative, I believe she was Latina, who couldn’t have been more friendly, professional, and polite. She is the reason why I am giving this bank branch five stars. Otherwise it would’ve been one.”

“The service manager here is amazing (i.e. the person I talked to on the phone). My phone call was around noon on a Tuesday. She was very patient and thorough answering my different questions about notary services, even though I am not an accountholder. I didn't know it was free, but she told me it was free and didn't try to upsell me. I also wanted to schedule weirdly far ahead, and she had no issue with that. She was very proactive in reaching out to the notaries I needed, and making sure that they would be able to fulfill my specific request.”
