“I stopped to look at their boots while I was in the neighborhood. They have top notch gear and their boots are high quality with triple stitching. I was hoping to find a bargain but ended up paying full price which is unusual for me. I did find a great deal on a pair of tennis shoes though so I now have two sets of new footwear.If they had more clothing in my size I would have stocked up on those, too. Not to mention the great gear they carry.The staff was friendly and helpful and I helped me feel better about leaving so much money behind.”

“Every time I shop at this location the customer service is excellent. Today and on previous visits Tally assisted me by setting my fitting room and finding outfits and clothes. She is great about asking the occassion/event and what look I'm going for. Once she has that info she goes to work! With the store having such a large inventory and tons of looks Im very grateful she assisted me today. When I was waiting a few minutes in line for a cashier she even called for backup. Elijah was my cashier who is always pleasant snd professional. My only con for the visit was that the music was too loud. In addition to Tally there were other staff members that offered assistance today. Every piece I bought today was picked by Tally except one. The staff my shopping experience easy and my vaca looks ??”

“In terms of its interior physical layout, design, and presentation, Bloomingdale’s outlet is a very classy, non-cluttered big step up from the Nordstrom Rack in the same Plaza .For men, the shoe selections is are at a minimum and Nordstrom rack has them beat.There are a few decent finds in the men’s clothing department, but this store greatly caters to women’s clothing and shoes; and I would recommend it for women to find a special item or two as opposed to Nordstrom Rack.”

“Shoutout to Adam! I worked here in ‘16 and could not be more happier to have been a part of the team. I made a super sale within my first week and really was grateful to be a part of the team. Their clothing runs a little smaller, it’s a British take on Japanese Americana apparel. Be happy to explore the store—they have so many different varieties of clothes here that you won’t be disappointed. Both shirts I’m wearing are an XL and I am 5’10 and 161 lbs in this second pic for reference. First pic is from when I worked there. Second is today.”

“I was here the other day, and the staff was so helpful and kind! Two employees, one i didnt get the name of but it was a red haired girl, and I asked the blonde haired girl for her name and it was Phoenix! Both were super helpful and Phoenix went the extra mile for me. She helped me find just the perfect gifts for my daughter, since I didn’t have much style myself! Looking forward to my next visit!”

“Wow! I walked into the store and was blown away at the amount of merchandise. They have final clearance which is 75% of retail store. Last season items selected for 60% off retail. Then they have last collection at 50% off retail and finally the basics and some new items at full price. I spent about an hour in the store and saved about 1K off items that are from previous collections I couldn't find my size, so I missed out on classic pieces. I will be back k and the staff is very helpful!”

“Absolutely hands-down the best Customer Service I’ve received at an American Eagle store across the city of Chicago. I needed help finding a few items that I had online photos of, as well as needing them to find multiple sizes once I was already in the changing room.
Everyone went above and beyond to help me and get me what I needed. I walked out of the store with two large bags. I will certainly be visiting this store again.”
“Upon entering the store there was a young lady who worked there but was to busy to speak, I asked Johnathan one question, which was the price of a coat my daughter liked, he kindly helped us with pricing, sizing, and made us aware of other colors. “This place is awesome. It’s like a in person Shein with how good the prices are. The quality is better than Shein of course but the pricing is so good! $20 for a pair of jeans!? $3.00 for a Bikini top!!! Everyone complaining about a return policy there should just try the stuff on before buying it’s really not that hard. The bag issue also isn’t that big of an issue lol. People there were nice. Will be back!! A lot of these complaints are pretty avoidable…”

“I walked into that store hoping to feel the fabrics so I knew what to order online. As a person in a fat body I did not expect to feel welcome in the store. I was very wrong! I was greeted by TWO employees in body types like mine and I knew they would be help to help me with important questions about fit, wicking, etc. I didn’t feel out of place! The store did have some things in my size. Those girls were so helpful, easy to work with and fun too! They really made my shopping experience amazing. Representation matters!!!

“Love this store and have always had good experiences with the workers. I cannot stress enough how much I enjoy shopping at both Schaumburg and Old orchard locations. Tonight I had my first bad experience where a worker was outwardly rude and whispering under her breath while working with me. Transparently I have never had this experience with a worker at any shop, it was uncomfortable to say the least. Giving this store 5 stars because the usual workers I see are amazing and the clothes are nice. But hoping to make this store aware of the worker who created the first ever bad experience at one of these locations and I hope it can be addressed!”

“Everyone at Panache was extremely helpful and even worked with me on my budget. I was crunched for time finding a kurta for my buddy's wedding and Arti was super welcoming and put together a great three piece outfit. They were even able to do alterations within 3 days to make sure I had time to try it on a few days before the event. Arti provided $120 off of everything because we found one that fit and looked good all together. Highly recommend this place for Indian jewelry and clothing!”
