Mashelle is very rude with me i did passport photos I don’t like photos results it’s like blurr so I requested her she rude with me they give 0 series

Visited the Fed-EX office on Roselle Rd in Palatine and was blown away by the great service. I think his name was Roberto. He was so patient and answered all my questions. Great customer service. His manager was also very helpful The service was on 10-2-23 at 11am. Thank you for making what I had to do much easier.

I come here frequently to drop off online shopping returns. The employees always greet me right as I walk in, they are so friendly! They get my packages ready for delivery quickly and without a fuss. I've never had a bad experience, even if the store is busy.
