Limited services, the night staff seemed zero motivation to work.

The person behind the counter was polite and courteous. My package was accepted, quickly processed, and then I was given my receipt.

People are always friendly here. Service can slow in the morning as they only have one person at the counter through the rush. Randall is great and makes an effort to great regulars by name.
