“Jim (the owner) was incredibly professional and personable. He helped me find a comfortable mattress that I could afford, without trying to oversell me on anything. Bonus, he was very sweet to my daughter! A few days later I was gifted a mattress by a friend and needed to return my my purchase - he quickly and graciously gave me a full refund. “The best experience ever with Marianne and her team. I had set a time to meet with Marianne on Sunday to purchase the Hybrid Plus on sale @ $2140 for my 94 yr old mother. Woodfield mall is a big mall and not an easy mall to navigate with a disabled 94 yr old mom, Marianne went the extra mile and made it easy by locating a wheelchair and rolling my mother to the Purple store while I rolled her walker and my Chihuahua beside them. Mom was so happy to be getting Purple Hybrid Plus mattress, she felt such a relief, she suffers from dreadful back pain. And, I suffer from osteoporosis, so I too have a purple mattress as well as pillows. I most certainly recommend this store and Marianne w/staff at this location,but if you can, bring your own mobility scooter, it will make a world of difference. I spoke worh the owner Joseph and he stated the I can come in and choose another mattress. He allowed me to pick a mattress of my choise and the Exchange was very easy. He also delivered my mattress same day with no additional cost. I am Very please with the customer service I received.”

“Being in a totally empty store may be odd at first, but their products, ordering system, and delivery service are absolutely top of the line.Tried a mattress on Monday, ordered it late Monday afternoon, and had my old set removed and the new one professionally set up by Tuesday afternoon.The entire process took just less than 24 hours. The looped video in the store of talking heads explaining how to order feels a little 1984-ish, but the real life installation team was outstanding - neat, friendly, polite and 100% professional. I used to dread mattress shopping as much buying a car, with similarly pushy salesmen hovering over you at every turn, relentlessly hounding you to buy only the top of the line model with all the extra options. None of that here - no pressure, no stress., yet plenty of resources available if you have questions or concerns. All in all, an outstanding shopping experience. Now if they could adapt their system to car sales!”
“Mary Dooley at the Schaumburg , Illinois store was wonderful. We walked in not knowing much about sleep number beds after trying other mattress brands in our search for a new mattress.
She taught us about the technology behind sleep number beds. She showed us the difference in our spinal alignments before and after adjusting the bed. We felt it in our bodies almost immediately.
She answered all our questions and gave us time to discuss what we felt and wanted.
