“Everyone at Panache was extremely helpful and even worked with me on my budget. I was crunched for time finding a kurta for my buddy's wedding and Arti was super welcoming and put together a great three piece outfit. They were even able to do alterations within 3 days to make sure I had time to try it on a few days before the event. Arti provided $120 off of everything because we found one that fit and looked good all together. Highly recommend this place for Indian jewelry and clothing!”

“This was my first time ever walking into this store. I never went in because I thought it was a bunch of knockoff stuff but I was wrong. This store has everything I need for sports. I’m a BIG Chicago fan and I know out of all these stores in Woodfield mall, this store has the most variety of stuff to choose from. I would always shop at Lids because of their coupons. I’m hoping this store has the same sales or coupons like their competitors. But I will definitely make this my to go to sports store. Also, I was very impressed by how nice the staff was. “I stopped to look at their boots while I was in the neighborhood. They have top notch gear and their boots are high quality with triple stitching. I was hoping to find a bargain but ended up paying full price which is unusual for me. I did find a great deal on a pair of tennis shoes though so I now have two sets of new footwear.If they had more clothing in my size I would have stocked up on those, too. Not to mention the great gear they carry.The staff was friendly and helpful and I helped me feel better about leaving so much money behind.”

“While shopping at Woodfield, the Converse shoes at front of the store caught my attention since my daughter will be ordering custom Converse online.Arthur approached us and asked if he can help. I told him we’re just looking since my daughter will be ordering custom ones online at Converse site. He then offered for my daughter to try on shoes to help with her decision. Wow, what amazing customer service!Arthur was helpful and friendly even though he knew we wouldn’t be buying shoes from Journeys at that point. “I was renting a suit for a wedding and as a woman picking up a suit for myself I felt very comfortable and the staff was incredibly helpful and personable. I had some issues with the initial measurement of my jacket sleeves and shoe size but when I came back to get it fixed they had tailored the sleeves and found the correct shoes in less than 15 min.”

“Shoutout to Adam! I worked here in ‘16 and could not be more happier to have been a part of the team. I made a super sale within my first week and really was grateful to be a part of the team. Their clothing runs a little smaller, it’s a British take on Japanese Americana apparel. Be happy to explore the store—they have so many different varieties of clothes here that you won’t be disappointed. Both shirts I’m wearing are an XL and I am 5’10 and 161 lbs in this second pic for reference. First pic is from when I worked there. Second is today.”

Two employees, one i didnt get the name of but it was a red haired girl, and I asked the blonde haired girl for her name and it was Phoenix! Both were super helpful and Phoenix went the extra mile for me. She helped me find just the perfect gifts for my daughter, since I didn’t have much style myself! Looking forward to my next visit!”
“This Macy’s has always been one of my favorite stores at Woodfield Mall, even dating back to when it was Marshall Field’s. It’s a great anchor store with a wide selection and a layout that makes it easy to spend time browsing.
The store is three stories, so you can find a little bit of everything—from clothing and shoes to makeup, handbags, and home goods. I especially love the purse and shoe selection here, which always seems to have a great variety of styles.
One of my regular stops is the Clinique counter. It’s my go-to for skincare products, and I’ve always had good experiences there when shopping for face care.
The only small downside is that the perfume counters can sometimes feel a bit pushy, but that’s fairly typical for most department stores. It doesn’t take away from the overall experience.
Overall, this Macy’s location has a great selection, plenty to explore, and it’s always a store I enjoy visiting when I’m at Woodfield Mall.”
