Hours: Kohl's is a store that rewards the everyday, offering sales and Kohl's Cash to help customers save money. It provides a hassle-free shopping experience with services like free store pickup and easy returns. The store carries a wide range of favorite brands in fashion and footwear for active and casual lifestyles, along with beauty products from Sephora and home decor items, all designed to fit various personalities and budgets. Customer experiences highlight both the products and service. Many find an awesome collection of clothes and nice offers, such as super winter jackets for kids that are worth the visit. The store is generally described as nice. However, some customers report issues with returns, noting that they sometimes receive next to nothing for a refund and have to debate with management for a simple even exchange. On the positive side, numerous reviews praise the exceptional and helpful staff. Employees are noted for being super helpful, cheerful, and understanding, often going above and beyond to assist customers. This includes helping families on a budget find affordable suit options by applying extra discounts, assisting with refunds and placing new orders with additional discounts, and providing supportive, gender-affirming help in selecting clothes. These interactions frequently make customers' days and contribute to a meaningful and happy shopping experience, fostering an environment where people feel they can be their authentic selves.
