I was waiting for help for something yesterday so I checked in, thinking they were gonna take forever, but they got to me in a timely manner. I got to speak with a banker within minutes. I was happy about that since it looked like everyone was busy. I just don't like that you can't do any banking in the drive thru, only atms.”
