Not only did he hear what I was still trying to get straight in my own brain, he had the answers. He was not pushy, he waited until I was ready to make the actual purchase. When I started pondering between the crossover and the camry, he listened, gave his opinion, then a key for a test drive. It turned out that we wete both right in our opinions, and the camry was indeed the choice for me. He was patient and understood the questions that somebody buying their first new car since the 80's had .
