Also the young tall manager handled a rude customer well who made rude remarks about workers speaking in their native language. Seeing him standup for his team made me so happy as a customer who’s bilingual. I will continue to shop at this location! Great prices & Great customer service!”
“Today Adam J. helped myself and my husband find new scents in the fragrance section. We entered the store not planning on purchasing anything, and ended up both making large purchases because of Adam. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly to work with. We had a lot of laughs, and I’m very grateful to feel welcome in a store. Great customer service is rare these days, and this was one of my favorite shopping experiences in a very long time. He never once gave any signal that he was unhappy being at his job helping us, and he continuously offered to show us many products(multiple that we will return to buy because of this!)

“A simple shopping trip turned out to be a cool experience. The staff was nice and friendly. The fitting room attendant helped me coordinate an outfit for a funeral that had a color theme. The cashier commented on how she liked the outfit and mentioned there may be some matching shoes to complete my outfit. Truly enjoyed the visit and staff.”

“Target is the best place to shop because there are no GHETTO people there and everyone shopping is soo nice and same go for all the employees as well. Go Target and I love that they have a uniformed police officer in store. Don’t defund the police give them more money and the same stuff SWAT teams have.”

Associate 0371 offered to place the online order at the register thereby enabling us to qualify for the cheaper online price. It was clear she was an experienced employee with an exceptional customer focused attitude---well qualified in our estimation for advancement within the store system.”

“Rating 5 stars SPECIFICALLY for PAM the cashier. There’s nothing more frustrating than a cashier trying to push a store card or rewards membership on you. But when Pam tells you to get your phone out and open up the Circle app YOU LISTEN!! This saint of a woman saved me almost $100 with two coupons that I had just sitting there. Also, just a PSA to the other Target employees: When Pam calls for backup at the registers, please go help her. Basically the moral of the story is, listen to Pam. And give her a raise. Thanks!”
“I come to Swansea location on occasion. It's better parking than Shilo. Much better selections too. Shilo usually is out on certain things. I use the target cartwheel app for deals.”

“Ample parking, located in Fairview Heights Illinois, rt off the highway 30 min away from St.Louis. Rt in the hustle and bustle of stores , restaurants and entertainment. Inventory is plentiful. Well light , spacious, and plenty of options for shopping. Prices were reasonable. Store clean of clutter. Speedy checkout and staff available for questions.”
“If you have a favorite hairdresser, then you need to make an appointment to get them. I see Lynetta, and no matter your hair type, she is awesome. She isn't heavy-handed, but if you are tender headed, make sure you have your hair combed and brushed out first. My hair used to be unhealthy and short, and now it is healthy and long. She helped me to get it that way. She is really good. She has also been goo with my daughters hair. ?”
“Excellent service. : ) I really enjoy shopping here. And I'm glad to be a part of. But I am concerned with the self checkers they are watching you when the paying customer pulls out their money and it's quite very uncomfortable. And feels very unsafe. I also mentioned this activity to security. It saddens me. Even the manager encourages this foolishness which is really disgusting. It seems as thought this particular group is working on shutting down this particular Super Walmart. So disrespectful and sad and disgusting!!!”
“I was in the Belleville Gr. MT. Commons location, and went to the Vision Center to get my eye exam. I had great service from the worker named Logan! She was very friendly, helpful, made sure the new glasses I tried on were very comfortable, compared measurements from my old glasses to the new, and more! She was even multi tasking and answering calls too cuz it was a busy time of day. She offered to also tighten my old glasses cuz they are a bit loose from being old. Anyways, I wanted to give them a great review! I plan to come back for all of my Vision needs. Thank you Logan! :)”
“I wouldn’t normally review about a place like Walmart but I had the unfortunate experience of losing my phone inside this Walmart earlier today and when I say every staff member I asked for help went above and beyond I’m not exaggerating! It took awhile but they found it with me. I am so thankful to the staff of this store!”
