They were more helpful in 10 minutes than other stores and Best Buy have been in the last 3 days. Prior to today i was told the only way to unlock my phone was to go to Apple that is 40 miles away. I got a supposedly free phone which is the Samsung A15. I'm really confused though as to why a payment for this month is coming up. I'm gonna call and try getting everything straightened out. Would have been 5 star, but no mention of $40 per device "setup fee" I can set up an iPhone and iPad but I wasn't offered the chance or the fact it was going to be $80 for both. Generally a good visit, that (surprise fee) was like having a good burger on a dry bun.”
