“Went in to get my charger port on my iPhone checked out, my cables haven't been staying in and my phone not charging. I expected to have to drop my phone off for a while while they checked it out, but the gentleman at the counter (our time together was so brief I didn't get your name, I'm sorry) took my phone into the back for about 30 seconds, cleaned the port, completely fixed my issue and didn't charge me a dime for the help.
