I'll start by saying I was quite nervous when getting estimates because I am a female and it was intimidating, especially when I don't know anything about car repair. I am so grateful to have found this facility. From the moment I arrived, Bob was such a kind and polite man. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything in great detail. He even gave me tips on things we could do to save money. I did get other estimates as well but just as I thought, Bob provided me with the best estimate of all. When I got my son's car back, it looked AMAZING! Bob and his team did a fantastic job. There were no hidden fees and they worked quickly and had great communication with me the entire time.
