I was a bit upset but the team handled the situation professionally, quickly and fixed an issue with the heater itself. I have also replaced my filter, and now having some tile work done. “This was the third purchase I made from them on vinyl plank flooring - all three were the same product as I changed out my entire first floor. Unfortunately when I was installing the last batch, there were a lot of defects in the material that caused gaps. They handled by issue promptly and replaced all of the material.
