“Anthony is the real deal. He’s now fixed my Technics turntables AND my QSC monitor, and every time the work has been flawless. Super knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with — you can tell he genuinely knows this gear inside and out.

“I've been to this store and I ported my lines from Verizon and if you ask me about the network its to damn good. I dont use to get network with Verizon and after I switch to metro by Tmobile everything is running smooth. And the store representatives are so gentle with customers I really like how they interact with people. I would highly recommend this store location”

“The CD player on my Bose Wave radio stopped working, and I took it down to Jalisco Electronics. They provided me a couple of options for repair or alternatives, got me an external CD player to use with the Bose, and showed me how to work it. In all it was a great customer experience, and I would definitely use them again!”

I was porting over my phone number from a different carrier and the Customer Care rep I’d been working with over the phone left me hanging, so I went to this store and Jorge immediately assured me that he’d help solve the issue. He knew exactly what to do and the problem was fixed within 15 minutes. Really appreciate the knowledge, attentiveness, and kindness of the staff here!”
“Joe and Bob at Royal Home Entertainment were able to magically transform my “rat’s nest” of dozens of non-terminated and unlabeled cat5 cables into a seamless multi-room wifi system controlling four rooms and two 5.1 surround theater areas, using different TVs (one TCL Roku and one Sharp) across a mesh network. It took two days of hard work but Bob was incredibly patient throughout the process, tenacious, answered all my questions, worked closely with the Denom support team, and spent extra time and effort (at no cost) making it all look cosmetically nice by adding new wall plates and organizing the mess of cables. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!”

She completely took care of everything in store and helped me get through working with Verizon’s online/phone team(which is brutal). Bilal who I believe is the manager was amazing too. He made sure everything was going smoothly and that I got the deals promised to me online. Highly recommend going to work with these two in person vs doing an online transaction. They made it easy.”
