LOFT is a favorite store, noted for being very clean, organized, and well-stocked. It offers great products and a good selection of petite sizing. The staff is outstanding, friendly, and helpful, going above and beyond to make customers feel welcomed, like neighbors or family. The Sunday night staff receives particular praise. Associates are knowledgeable and provide outstanding service, contributing to this being considered the best location with the best staff in the area.
I usually order online but stopped into the store on a whim sans kids..huge shout out to Sandra who went above and beyond to help us. Totally worth coming in today!
