“Iqra, Rawa, and and Mary helped me out today. I got here before the rush (super sale today), around 12 noon on a Saturday. I had to make a few returns for things that I had ordered online. Iqra helped with the returns--so easy!! Rawa and Mary helped me grasp the weight of the deals: 1) 40 % off all regular priced merchandise 2) 50 % off all clearance merch 3) another 15% off for shopping in store today 4) 25% off for signing up for a card. Whaaaat?!! Needless to say I did not just "return" items today...they had some great deals and helped me track down the right size of a sweater at another store. Changing rooms were clean, everything was easy to find, and I got the discounts promised. They're some times you just feel lucky. Definitely This Was One Of Them. Thankful for all the deals and excellent customer service.”

They also sell belts, accessories and jewelry that looks handmade and also has a slightly hippy/boho/coastal vibe to it.This store is nice and quaint, feels like a boutique style store, and the people who work here have great customer service.If you are a man and have a girl who likes the boho style, you should take her here to shop.This Free People is located in Old Orchard Mall.”

“I went there to buy 1 or 2 pairs of shoes. My feet are very difficult to fit due to swelling and deformities. Salesman Joel was very patient with me. We kept fine tuning till we got the right size, the right fit. Not everything that I was interested in was in stock. I had him bring out about 20 pairs of shoes for me to try. Finally got what I was pleased with. The second pair had to be shipped to me. BUT will be arriving in 3 days.”

“You have to be skinny to shop here. They don’t have clothes for women who have curves, or that are thick boned. You need to be under 200 lbs but it’s a good store. I love buying my shoes here. Because I’m currently 205 lbs so nothing will fit .”

“Was looking for water shoes to get me through the rest of summer. Found 2 pairs I liked but they didn't have in my size. The cashier was kind enough to call a couple of their local stores to see if they had them, and they did. Dr.scholl's Cancun style is so comfy. I checked the price at other merchants and this store had the best price. They also have a nice selection of men athletic shoes. The colors were eye catching.”

“Wow, amazing service right after an unbelievable rude service a few doors down at the Ecco store. We walked in an empty store and were greeted, and then asked if we wanted help. The young man was ready to help and bring the sizes of a few different pairs of shoes we wanted to try. He was very unassuming and not pushy at all. We walked out of there with two new pair of shoes. Thank you so much.Clark has fantastic products. I already had three pair of booties that I bought over the past few years and they are very comfortable not to mention that all their shoes have amazing, soft leather.Thank you!”

“I came to Tilly's on a mission: to find black jeans in a style/cut that fit me well. Being a small person, finding men's clothes that aren't huge on me is a challenge. In addition, many of the styles have been popular for the last decade make me look like a pear. Not what I'm going for.Needless to say, it was extremely comforting and refreshing when Jaime, one of the amazing people who was working that day, came to my aid. They helped me identify cuts that would accentuate what I want, hide what I don't like, and help me love my presentation. For the first time ever I was able to look in the mirror and see the goth boy that had yearned to be seen- and I even felt handsome.Jaime was extremely compassionate, validating, and went above and beyond to help me. I left feeling confident, seen, accepted, and excited to share my true self with the rest of the world. Only realized they were short handed as I was waiting in the check out line when the others returned from break. Busy time and a bunch of you have to go at the same time like that.
