“I booked an appointment incorrectly online (completely my fault) and forgot to add a cut to my dog who needed a cut before I left for vacation tomorrow. They didn’t have time to do her cut but were SOOO considerate and understanding when I said I needed to cancel. They told me to call the Evanston location (which was able to fit in for a cut) and was so nice the entire time. Mind you, the woman I was canceling with was the person who would be doing her appointment. Thank you Danielle J for being so sweet and understanding about my mistake. Will definitely be back!”
