They also have carts available, which made moving a ton of boxes way easier. The staff gave helpful packing tips and answered every question without making me feel rushed.

“The storage unit reservation was easy to set up online. Roger, the in-house customer service rep, was very helpful and informative about the facility and the lock and insurance options. There were no high pressure sales tactics. The facility is well-lit and clean with ample rolling carts. The storage units are accessed from indoor garage bays with an elevator if necessary which makes the move-in process convenient and efficient.”

They were responsive to all of our questions, were on time for the pack and move and got his items delivered timely with no damage whatsoever.
