“The storage unit reservation was easy to set up online. Roger, the in-house customer service rep, was very helpful and informative about the facility and the lock and insurance options. There were no high pressure sales tactics. The facility is well-lit and clean with ample rolling carts. The storage units are accessed from indoor garage bays with an elevator if necessary which makes the move-in process convenient and efficient.”
