We’ve been to other competitors for sake of shopping around, but our gut said go to mattress firm again since our first mattress was from there too. “My bed didn't change after 5 years of use even though I have 2 cats ! I'm ready to share my experience since I'm waiting for new delivery to have more in addition to the bedroom set. I attached below photos of new stylish black chair with loveseat that's gonna go to the office once i fully prepare the room. That looks modern and fantastic! Also I'm waiting for that cozy ans soft sectional with those unique looking and easy cleaning consoles! I gonna get it in orange instead of blue and in different size. But let me share with the last 2 photos I attached of my bed, where first photo is made 5 years ago and the second one - is current. As you see, there's no changes with the bed even though I have cats and I moved my bed 3 times since I purchased it !Now I got delivered new Tempur-Pedic hybrid "Luxe-Breeze", love how it has 2 layers of the cover besides the waterproof protector I use on the top of it. Outstanding level of look and sleep quality. My spine was never so relaxed as now and it got so easy to sleep straight on the back instead of changing position all night long. Definitely recommend , I'm obsessed with how my bedroom looks like and can't wait for the sofas coming in! “Fantastic service. We purchased some stools from here for an out of state location. They got them shipped from the manufacturer to said location. And when there was an imperfection on one of the vinyl seats, they assisted me with getting a free replacement and instructing me on how to do assembly.

“I have been searching and researching for the right chair for my work-from-home experience. went to many office furniture places in the City and wasn't completely satisfied with the service, selection, and prices. so I decided to look into the suburbs for help and found Chairtech in Carpentersville. I contacted Marty, who was extremely friendly and informative over the phone. I went the next day to the showroom and was completely blown away by the selection and the knowledge and experience these guys had. They literally rebuild all the chairs at sight. Marty had me try out many chairs as he suggested that till I sit in different chairs, it's hard to know which chair is the right fit for me. I was actually there to buy a more expensive chair but he suggested that some of the lesser-known chairs that were not in my research list might be a better fit. He was right. I left their showroom extremely happy and saved a lot of money compared to what other places had for sale. I was there for at least two hours and not once did they make me feel, that I am taking too much time for purchasing just one chair. I highly recommend Marty and Chairtech for all your office and chair needs. These guys are legit and truly care about putting you in the right chair and not just the most expensive one. I will be back and will tell all my coworkers.”
“My new go to furniture store. I recently moved into a new home so as expected, I needed to purchase many new pieces. After two failed attempts by Wayfair to deliver a bedroom set, my wife and I had to start searching for a set from a different store. I found Hollywood Furniture using a Google search so we decided to stop in one Saturday morning. I met the owner Monier who is very gracious. We also partnered with Jessica, and they both helped us find a new bedroom set. The sales experience was refreshing. I didn't have to pay anything upfront plus they offer free delivery. If anything arrives damaged, they will make it right. There were two drawers from that set that arrived damaged and in 2 business days I had new drawers delivered direct to me. I then canceled an existing order with another furniture company and placed that order with Hollywood. Part of that second order just arrived and we're very happy. Please check them out if you need furniture for your home. Hollywood partners with various manufacturers so they may find exactly what you're looking for.”

“I would like to say a special thank you to store manager Mike at this location. Mike’s store was 1 of 3 stores in the country that had a sold out painting I had been on the search for. It was completely sold out online and on clearance, so I knew my chances of finding it were slim but I decided to head to my local World Market to get a list of stores that had it in their inventory and start calling them. I quickly discovered after calling a few stores that World Market does not typically ship to their customers from the store if the item is not available online (even if the customer offers to pay for shipping), nor do they typically ship store to store. Out of the 3 stores I spoke to that had it, Mike’s store was the ONLY store that didn’t completely deny my request to ship it. Instead, he suggested options for how we could make it work, even though they cannot take credit card payment over the phone for security purposes. He even came up with the solution to ship it to my local store location to spare me the shipping costs AND without making me pay for it over the phone in case there is any damage to it during transit. My painting will be here at my store in Charleston, SC this Thursday, and I look forward to finally going to purchase it. Thank you, Mike, for your excellent customer service and willingness to help me when other store managers wouldn’t. I would highly recommend this World Market to anyone in this area of Illinois!”

“Spiritcraft custom built a live edge, walnut table in January 2023. It was to our dimensions of 76 x 42" with a spider base. They were very patient with us through the design process with our fussy questions and requests for photos. The table was delivered on time, assembled in the house and it looks just like new 10 months later. No warping, no cracks - perfect. The whole process and quality of the table exceeded our expectations. So much better than buying from a high volume furniture store, knowing that a family business built it and stands behind the product. We looked at many competitors for live edge tables and this could not be beat. I share some pictures of the table below. I highly recommend Spiritcraft.”
“I had owned a Hepplewhite chest-on-chest for nigh on 3 decades, and it was past time to restore it. The mahogany veneer was loose at the base, and the corners of the upper chest were quite ugly with the veneer long gone. After only 2 centuries (!), the glue had loosened, internal parts had fallen off and drawers could not be opened. And that wasn't the half of it! So I called Caledonian--one of the best decisions I've ever made. Their knowledge and workmanship are without peer. Not only did Caledonian restore the piece perfectly, but Barrie shared information about the chest-on-chest that I never would have found on my own. These gentlemen are experts; I would not entrust my antiques to anyone else.”

“We purchased a sofa and matching loveseat from Leather Creations in 2007, followed by a recliner in 2013. On our first visit to the store, the salesperson, Mark, climbed onto the arm of a sofa wearing hard-sole shoes and actually jumped up and down to demonstrate the structural strength of the product. While this abuse made us cringe, the sofa arm didn’t budge, and the fine leather covering sustained zero damage. More than convincing. Today, despite daily use, all three of our leather pieces look and feel like the day they were delivered. What a pleasure to have found furniture of such beautify and lasting quality.
