I liked that many of the designs felt fresh and different from what you usually find in larger stores. The owner was very kind and helpful. She explained how she curates the collection based on trends from top-tier brands though keeping the prices accessible. When I purchased a necklace, she pointed out that the design resembles those by Van Cleef & Arpels and even showed me pictures of the original. She also gave me some ideas for how to wear it, a thoughtful detail that I appreciated. The store also has beautiful cards and a very distinctive boutique-style decoration that fits nicely with the atmosphere of downtown Geneva. There is a nice variety of small gifts and accessories, so it is worth taking some time to browse. I did not find many pieces that were my size or quite my style during this visit, but I still enjoyed exploring the store and supporting a local business. Overall, Flourish is a pleasant place to discover colorful clothing, jewelry, and gifts, especially if you enjoy boutique-style shopping and more distinctive designs.”

Able to return items without any issues and a couple of times they went above and beyond while helping with items. This is why I was extremely surprised when they declined to accept a $50.00 bill as payment. The reason given was that the bill was too old. The bill is from 1974. They didn't have access to the marking pens used to identify true currency and the bill did not have the small strip in it, so I was turned away. I know this is not a big deal but it really was an eye opener that a business is willing to lose money because they won't invest a couple of dollars for a marker to see if money is real. Very long story short, No money older than 1990 accepted at Hobby Lobby. I gave them 5 stars because I still like the place and will continue to shop there.”
