“We had an issue with my PIN when trying to purchase a new phone. Andrew was amazing. He did everything he could but the Verizon software wouldn’t work. He even offered to text me if it somehow world before they closed. That didn’t work but Curtis who helped me the next time was very helpful too. He reached out to Verizon to help them reinstate my promotion. Then he spent ample time to help get my phone transferred. So overall a super helpful staff and made the best out of bad experience with system problems.”

“This is by far the best boost Mobile! I went to the one by the fresh market and they were rude and didn't know what they were talking about! Then I went to the one on Villa at and the young lady there didn't even bother to greet me. Any question I asked she answered with "call 611" as she was scrolling through her phone.
