“My daughter was due for an upgrade and Krystal could not have been a more helpful! She was able to quickly and clearly provide all the options available and their costs. Once we made the selection, she was tremendously helpful in getting the new phone activated and info transferred over. While we were waiting for information to load, Krystal very quickly and easily helped several other customers that came into the store, all by herself! She was friendly, cheerful, and knowledgeable – what a great customer service example! My son is due an upgrade soon, and I will be going back to this store and asking for Krystal.”

“We had an issue with my PIN when trying to purchase a new phone. Andrew was amazing. He did everything he could but the Verizon software wouldn’t work. He even offered to text me if it somehow world before they closed. That didn’t work but Curtis who helped me the next time was very helpful too. He reached out to Verizon to help them reinstate my promotion. Then he spent ample time to help get my phone transferred. So overall a super helpful staff and made the best out of bad experience with system problems.”

“This is by far the best boost Mobile! I went to the one by the fresh market and they were rude and didn't know what they were talking about! Then I went to the one on Villa at and the young lady there didn't even bother to greet me. Any question I asked she answered with "call 611" as she was scrolling through her phone. Luckily I remembered about this location, and as soon as I stepped in to this one I was greeted so politely by that one chubby dude and he definitely knew what he was talking about; but overall all the staff are friendly,nice, and just a great help.”
