“I got my battery installed for $20. The connection had loosened over time so he put a thin lead shim in. Thoroughly cleaned off the posts and connectors with a wire attachment and finished it all off with a generous spray of WD40. He worked quickly, and I couldnt be happier.”
“It's been a while, since I've been here. There are 3 auto parts shops, which all seem to have the same or similar business model. I also go, across the street to Advance and up the street to Auto Zone. Which one I go to depends on convenience, price and availability. I like all 3 places equally, as they are basically the same thing, in a different paper bag. ?♂️”
“I went to the store to replace my headlights, which should have been a simple task! The service I received was Great!! Management and his staff, worked on my car until everything is fixed!! I appreciate what they did for me and they made sure that nothing they did was installed wrong.

I came in panicking, thinking my battery was installed backwards for silly reasons, although I had been experiencing electrical problems. I was moving my battery to start my car.
He immediately came and checked it out for me. He actually discovered my battery was not fully connected at all. When I say Jim is an ANGEL, I mean it!
He went above and beyond to help me in every way. The other staff members were just as awesome! I highly recommend this location<3

Greeted me with a smile and she was determined to assist me with replacing my wiper blade, She didn’t quit until she got it right and it only took her about 10 minutes. This was the fourth auto parts store I’d visited this week and none of the men were able to install my wiper blade but this young lady she made it happen. I will not hesitate to visit this location for all my auto parts needs in the future.”

“I've had to use this store a couple few times because I'm a single mom and pretty handy so diy is a thing. They were very helpful each time I went including not having a taillight I needed which actually saved me almost $200 by finding it on eBay. Backward compliment but I can't say anything bad and the staff is very helpful.”

“Years ago I met a man named Scooter at O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Lansing. He impressed me with his warm welcome, professional expertise, and can-do attitude! He was like a breath of fresh air in the auto retail business. Since that day, I have returned time and time again only to receive the same outstanding customer service, singing his praise to my family and friends. On my most recent shopping visit, there was a little lady sitting on a chair, whose car had overheated. Scooter called a tow truck for her and was taking care of her until they arrived. She was telling me what I already knew, that he is a wonderful human being and amazing representative of O'Reilly's Auto Parts! I've never before left a message like this, and it is long overdue. BEST PLACE IN TOWN! Thank you, Scooter, whom I now call friend.”
