My car wasn’t producing heat, and I wanted to avoid going to a mechanic, so I decided to buy some coolant. An employee named Bill approached me and asked if I needed help. I simply asked for his recommendation on what to buy, and he quickly sensed that I was a bit out of my depth.
After purchasing the product, I went to the parking lot to open my hood, and to my surprise, Bill walked over to my car. He told me to wait inside while he took a look. He spent about 30 minutes diagnosing and fixing the issue!
It’s refreshing to know that there are still good people out there. Bill refused to accept any payment, saying he enjoys helping others. He truly deserves a raise ASAP!

“Love this store..always has what we need. KUDOS to the young lady at front register who had to deal w the meanest, rudest elderly lady outside Walmart Customers. If she could of yelled any louder than she was she would of, heard here clear out in parking lot, and here she was throwing a till over a 5.00 coupo n on broom that she Bought n used Coupon but wanted thst COUPON back or the money, but your girl was so calm, handled it well and that gets 2 thumbs up. Dealt w those customers 25 yrs in retail and nothing makes em fell worse than you being cool calm n collected, wtg young lady.”
“First time going to this Ace as it's a little further than the closest one to me. Went in looking for a Stihl leaf blower for my dad and the cashier was really nice and got ahold of someone to walk us through the maintenance and details of this purchase. Once we purchased the BG50 (I believe it was the manager on duty) put some gas in it and took us outside, showed us all the functions and started it before we left. Although I knew how to operate a Stihl my father was very impressed by the service and this location has definitely become my new go to Ace.”

“Flatbed unload was quick…. Overnight parking for a truck or 2…. Start at 7am but the first guy shows up at about 6am…. A forklift driver started actually unloading me at 6:40am and had it unloaded in 10 mins! Good group of guys and had that easy going feel! Yard was clean! Definitely a good spot for flatbeds to unload!”

“For deliveries they have moved across the street. Take the first entrance on the right. There is a sign that says deliveries on the building. It’s a little tight so swing wide. Then go thru the alley way towards the back of the building. As soon as you clear the alley the dock will be on your right. Straight back into the dock. Make sure to open your doors before you back in.”
