My mom and I bring my dog Nala here regularly to give her a bath and stock up on treats and every time the staff are so friendly and helpful. They even recognize my dog by name now! My dog loves going there because she always gets treats from the team and it makes the bath a little easier for her. We always have a positive experience here.”
“This place is marvelous. My family loves this establishment for years past and beyond. We take care of our poochita’s needs and several aquariums including saltwater. Carl is a great man. Just recently Trestyn (?) helped me out and was an expert in the topic at hand and the customer service in general is always stellar.”

“This is the best Petco for grooming and caring for your pet. My little dog Jax Is 15 years old and I only trust him to Bridget at Petco. She’s very Gentle, Patient and loving. She loves and cares for my little dog as if he’s her own and that’s what I care about. Five stars to Bridget.”

“Not a bad place to deliver, checked in and was immediately put in a door and they immediately started unloading me. Easy back into the dock. Pull in and just jack knife the back in, but you have plenty of room to back the trailer in. Was in and out in uber 1.5 hours. They have a wash out (blue beacon) about 20-25 minutes just south of here off I-57 with a pretty big Petro next door and a pretty small Pilot across the street.”
“We absolutely loved every part of our experience at Humane Indiana. We were able to go view the dogs and facility before selecting which we wanted to meet. Then we made a decision after the staff let us have as much time with the pups as we wanted. We filled out paperwork, they were able to get the puppy spayed that day and we took her home less than 24 hours later. The spay incision looks so clean and well done, the experience was so easy and they clearly know what they are doing. Highly recommend this facility and the staff and volunteers were so friendly and helpful!”
“I have fond memories of the Terry's Aquarium in Lansing growing up, and the Hammond location brings back all the feels. They are extremely knowledgeable about anything aquarium-related you could possibly need to know, and have never steered me wrong. You can tell the staff really cares about all their critters and are always happy to help - and I'm happy to continue supporting this small business over the big pet chains!”

“I love Evangers. My dog Lily responds well to this dog food. The jerky treats are perfect. Most dog treats crumble or do not break apart easily. I like that these ones can be split in half for smaller dog rewards and you can use the whole treat for a bigger reward. If you are looking for a pet treat use Evangers Pet Food. 5 stars no question.”
“I've been bringing my Big Boy here for 2 years now. He goes for boarding and grooming. I must say that Ishmael does a great job grooming my dog. His coat is always shiny and soft after his baths. He is also treated very well, because I know my big boy is very hyper and a handful, so I always appreciate the feedback. Their grooming prices and boarding prices are very reasonable priced as well.”
“Good service but the waiting time was extremely long. My appointment was at 4:50 pm and had to wait more than 2 hours, my dog was seen at 7:00 pm.
The veterinary was extremely professional and nice.”
“I actually had a horrible experience in Iowa when I took my sister's dog to Petsmart when I lived there I swore I would never go back. I went here because Petco was booked. I'm glad I gave it another chance because they did a good job. My dog rolled in poop the next day though and my sister got stuck dealing with that. Lol
I might try their self service option to make sure she got it all.”

I used to live in the area so it was convenient to go there but I've moved further away however I will chose this one over another. The puppy training with Leonard is recommended as well !”
“I’m a regular at Petco. Everything from Vetco on Sundays to grooming every six weeks with Jesse the groomer who is phenomenal with my three Pomeranians, I’m always at Petco. The majority of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. they are always willing to take time out to inform me of various products and services. There is even willing to listen to my animal stories. They genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs.”
“Just got this little nugget from Hug-a-Pup in Hammond. Vet check (included) says he’s very healthy! Bought my first pup from this owner 30 some years ago when they were still Let’s Pet in Chicago. He was a great dog. All dogs I’ve owned in between were shelter dogs, but I’m happy to have this full circle moment (not as young as I used to be, so this will likely be the last little buddy) with a place I trust! Store is clean, owner is a peach. 3 cheers for Hug-a-pup!”

I walked up to a man i believe his name was Dave or David but he was very very helpful and he walked me over to the product that I needed ... nice man good output and kindness .But the problem we had they only have one variety which it comes in 3kinds but everything looked clean also and the man that help us did the cashier also .
