“I dropped off my car at Dobbs to have a noise in the steering wheel repaired. A bit later, the store manager called me to tell me what was wrong with it to see if I wanted to have the problem repaired which I agreed to. When I went back around 430 to pick up the car the guy at the counter wasnt very friendlyas a matter of fact his personality and or attitude kinda sucked. I just paid over $300 in repairs and the dude didn't even say thank you as I was leaving!! Unreal. YOUR WELCOME!!”

“The service was great! I was able to get my oil change and tire rotation done in the needed time so I could get to work on time. I did encounter a problem with 1 of my tire pressure sensors not working properly as I traveled to work. I called and talked to Ken Shaw about the problem. He said to bring the car back by the next day and they would resolve the problem, which they did do. Thanks for the prompt resolution of my tire sensor problem.”
“I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service at this store. It had been a rough morning, as I woke up to a flat tire. I pride myself on being handy, but I didn’t have the tools to replace a rotted tire valve, and no one else had them nearby. So, I drove into a Discount Tire.
The first impression was a clean and professional environment. I stood in line for less than a minute before Robert, who was already busy, greeted me. I explained that I needed a valve stem repair, and he quickly went out to my car, grabbed the tire, and repaired my stem in less than three minutes.
The level of customer service was truly remarkable. It’s evident that customer service is a top priority for this company, and I will definitely be returning.”

“Had a local oil change/tire rotation technician tell me he'd found a nail in one of my tires and recommended I go to Willie's to have it plugged for '5 or 10 bucks'. When I got to Willie's, a tire guy immediately came out to check things and pulled a partial screw. The Willie's guy said it hadn't gone through the radial, so there was nothing to do and he wouldn't take anything for his trouble. Definitely giving Willie's my business next time I need new tires! 5 stars for quickness, honesty, and no attempts to upsell me into tires I didn't need. 😁👍”
“I've personally been going to Nashs for about 6-7 years. Give or take. And everytime I need anything done, Paul Nash; owner, operator, and main mechanic of Nashs, has always been such a blessing to have as the man for the job! However big or small.
His knowledge for anything mechanic as well as the fact that Nashs is also a tire repair shop, gives him the "go-to" mechanic choice for me! Prices are reasonable, even a darn good bargain, and he's even willing to work with you if your financial status is a bit tight.
When me, my family, associates, and acquaintances need someone for the job, Paul Nash is the 1st that comes to mind! I wouldn't recommend anyone or anywhere else! For a job done right and at a fair price, Go to Bashing Starting Line!”
“Took my car into Patterson’s for some AC troubles. While diagnosing my car Patterson’s found that the damage sustained wasn’t just to my AC but also to a piece of my engine. They were quick to let me know what needed repairs, got the parts ordered, and took care of my car! “I had an absolute lifesaver of an experience at Wrenway tires when I noticed a giant nail stuck in one of my tires while driving through the area. I pulled into the shop completely unannounced, and the mechanics greeted me right away and looked at the damage without making me wait. They were able to patch up the tire in less than twenty minutes, saving me from having to buy a brand new one. The price they charged for the quick repair was incredibly fair, and the waiting area was comfortable enough to sit in for a bit. The customer service here is top-notch, and I felt completely safe hitting the road again.”
