Scene of 08-29-2022 Kia auto accident, except it occurred after dark & during a hard-driven rain storm = pitch black, with NO direction arrows and zero visibility of "T" intersection; even at reduced speed, there was NO indication or advance warning of need to turn ~ yet a hard left or right turn was required.
