About Extended Stay America Suites- Springfield
Extended Stay America offers a very nice hotel with a great location right off the expressway. The rooms are clean and feature comfy beds, a nice kitchen with a huge refrigerator, a big microwave, and a smart TV. The staff is very friendly, polite, and incredible welcoming, showing amazing patience and working with guests. They strive to keep guests safe and are discreet about privacy. While some aspects of operation may not be liked by all, the staff is very respectful and does a wonderful job. The stay is well recommended, with great service, better prices, and excellent walkability, making it a place many would come back to.

One night stay in early July last year during my road trip, booked by my travel agency. The dirt in the photos was already there when I entered the room. I did not report it to the reception. I could have given 3 and a half stars if it was possible for the room.

I stayed out of necessity and the staff became friends and the place became home . I actually miss the place and each of the staff
