About Ferrellgas
Ferrellgas is a propane supplier serving Warrensburg, Illinois, and nearby areas. The company provides residential, commercial, and agricultural propane services, including home heating. They are known for reliable propane delivery, tank installation, and auto-fill services. Although the location is not open to the public, it supports delivery to homes and businesses with a strong focus on safety and dependability, backed by decades of experience and a nationwide supply.
Customer experiences with Ferrellgas vary. Many customers have been satisfied with their service over several years, praising the quick response and professional technicians, especially in emergency situations like detecting a gas smell. One customer appreciated a technician who responded quickly on a Friday evening and ensured safety.
However, some customers have faced issues. A few reported difficulty reaching a human representative when calling, and delays in propane delivery, sometimes taking weeks despite ordering in advance. Others experienced communication problems, unclear billing, and overcharges, with one customer claiming they were scammed out of money and faced poor service during cold weather. These reviews suggest that while Ferrellgas is generally reliable and professional, some customers have encountered problems with billing, communication, and timely delivery.

I order propane and receive it within a few days if not the next day. I appreciate the drivers who respect my new driveway too. Just wish they didn’t have extra fees which makes the price seem higher. Overall very happy with my service.
