“Eric was the Technician at Att store on Wabash and I had just walked through the door and he confronted me and asked what I wanted to do. I said I wanted to trade my old phone for a new one. He explained everything I needed to know and helped me set up some things on the new phone, and I walked out of the store not feeling like i got hustled. Att is lucky to have Eric as an employee. “Mickey was extremely helpful and efficient in assisting me. Despite the difficult circumstances of working in the store alone with no AC, he didn't complain. The phone rang while he was assisting me and he was able to continue taking care of my issue while at the same time patiently answering questions from the phone customer. He offered me some additional services, which I was not in a position to purchase same day, but he wasn't pushy. If I do decide to make any changes to my phone or account, I will definitely return to seek his assistance. Great customer service is very hard to come by now, but Mickey delivered!”

“I lost my eye phone and went into a nearby T Mobil. Jalen was working and I told him about my problem. He offered to go with me to find my phone as it was showing that it was nearby.
Jalen to the rescue!!!!!!!!! He found it and instructed me what to do the next time I misplaced it. Jalen went above and beyond and made this TMobile custom very very happy.”
