They charge less for the same room across the parking lot, provide complimentary cold water at check-in, and free breakfast in the morning. Rooms are clean and smoke/pet free. Raj at the desk was very kind and helpful!

Easy and conventional for travelers. We had a problem with the TV and they came and fixed it within minutes.
