“Well I have to say it's just like everyone says. Called in the morning, happened to be driving through with the kiddo that afternoon. Told the gal I didn't know anything about kart racing or where to start, asked if I'm in the right place. "Yep," she says, "come on by and ask for Jim." Did as I was told, took up an hour of the guy's afternoon, got a sit down and a tour of the shop, told me all the things I needed to know to get going and even where to go to talk to other parents and meet the kids doing it.
Just don't make em this way anymore.”

Even nice to wait there as they have coffee, cold drinks, healthy snacks to munch on & comfortable chairs & tables to wait.
I truly have not had that kind of experience with any other car repair companies.”

“Aaron & entire Gerber staff very friendly, I brought them a replacement passenger side mirror, plastic housing, built in directional, that came painted black, they Matched the paint on new mirror perfectly, this on a vehicle that’s a weathered 2012. New mirror installed and one could never tell the mirror has been replaced. Nice job Gerber!”

“The BEST auto body repair shop!!! My brand new car was rear ended on the highway. My stepdad and mom have both used Fix Auto for their body repairs in the past, so I really wanted to find a place I could get it fixed and know it would look good. I was arguing with their insurance place to be able to have it fixed here. Alan did a great job explaining to me that I have the right to take it wherever I chose and reassured me that they would get everything taken care of with the person who hit me’s insurance. Steven was great to work with and got my car looking perfect again. There was some hiccups on the way, but Steven made sure everything was handled properly and had my best interest. “I don’t usually post many reviews, but this one is a must. My experience at this dealership was absolutely phenomenal, with amazing service from the entire team.
Starting with Yesenia Soto, a sales consultant, she was outstanding from the first moment I reached out about a vehicle to the very last minute of the transaction. This wasn’t the easiest deal, but she made sure I was updated at every step, answered all my questions, and never once showed frustration. She truly went above and beyond to make it happen, even personally dropping off my van at my house. That’s top-class customer service.
Pete, the GM, was also fantastic, working hard to get me the best deal while being super friendly throughout.
Alex in finance was just as impressive, he explained all the paperwork thoroughly and had me out the door quickly and efficiently.
And here’s what really stood out: this wasn’t a big, high-dollar deal. It was a smaller purchase, but the entire team treated me with the same care and respect as if I was buying the most expensive car on the lot. That kind of honesty and attitude speaks volumes.
I will 100% be returning here in the future and will be recommending this dealership to family and friends.
