Treasure was our salesperson, and she did an excellent job introducing us to the Sebo vacuums. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and extremely helpful. We did buy the X4 model and are quite happy with it.

Friendly and helpful. Their hours are conducive to my needs. I've purchased a vacuum here two years ago. I have never needed repair so I can't speak to that but it does show that my two Miele vacuums are built very well!

Our 20+ year old Hoover "Dirt Finder" vacuum cleaner was in need of replacement drive and brush belts. After internet search failed to locate correct replacement belts we visited the Best Vac store on Dean St. in St. Charles, IL. The salesman was knowledgeable and sold us the belts we needed.
