“Staff is very friendly from front desk to girls on blood draw.
Only issue I have is with the doctor there I went because I fell and hurt my foot. He took X-rays said my toe was bruised and sendt me on my way
Well it turned out I had broken my toe and the doctor at urgent care st Charles never said that all he said was it was bruised how could he clearly miss the fracture in the toe”

“Our phlebotomist was the best. There was an issue with my daughter's lab RX. The phlebotomist took extra steps and spoke with the doctors office. She was also extremely kind and made my daughter who has a disability very comfortable. Amazing and caring service. Thank you!”

“Won’t lie- after reading the reviews, I was very nervous taking my 5 year old to be seen- receptionist was decent enough, not the friendliest (no smile or how can we help you etc) but they got us into the system/ checked in quickly w no issues so that was wonderful! And the dr we saw (dr Shatat) was so sweet/helpful! We were in & out and my son is on the mend.”

“Had a great experience at this urgent care. Making an appointment was easy online. Checkin process was straightforward and the gentleman at the front desk was helpful and friendly. The nurse Beth was super sweet! And finally the PA Miranda was fantastic! Super kind, curious, helpful, and explained everything beautifully.
I was seen immediately at my appointment time (I think it may have actually been a few minutes early even). I felt like they genuinely listened to my concerns and provided all necessary examinations/tests based on my condition. Truly felt well cared for.”
