“I have not been to Kohl’s for some time and was amazed to find the beautiful way they have changed the layout and products. We stopped into the store on Randall Road in Batavia and everything was neat and tidy, product was easy to find and the selection was different than I had witnessed since the last time I came in. I found a bed set that I needed and I had been unable to find one I liked anywhere else. The associate that helped us at the checkout, Mary Ann, was very courteous and friendly, and also so helpful with questions we had about the coupons that applied to our purchase. Her smile and assistance made the trip worthwhile and we will be back!”

“Nice store with good collection. I found what I was looking for but few of the staff were rude, intentionally ignored folks waiting for trial room although several rooms were free and asking customers to place the clothes back where they found it. There was delay in billing as well. There was probably only 1 person who was genuinely excited to help customers and the rest were probably tired. I was about to buy 4 items and dropped 2 and was almost about to walk away in billing when the billing staff just walked away after billing folks even when we were in line next. They came back after sorting some clothes and billed us.”

Even if I were to have had a negative experience like… it’s clothes. But we felt so bad that the store was about to close and Lee was there solo, so I just wanted to extend gratitude to him for being kind and welcoming, thorough and polite. “I had a great experience in the store. We arrived and a gentleman promptly asked what I was looking for as well as discreetly asked what size I needed. I have no problem with telling anyone my size, but it was nice of him to ask in that manner because not everyone is comfortable sharing that out loud. He then took me around to all the different options within the store that they had (I was looking for walking shorts and wicking T-shirts). I wasn't pushed toward buying anything more expensive. It was nice to be given all the options available and just deciding what I wanted. He checked in with us from time to time as we were looking around. Overall, a very good experience. I will definitely come back and shop at the store when I'm in the area.”
