“Clean vehicle. Easy process. Great customer service from Ben.At the location of In Towne Self Storage, with ITSS spots reserved for parking. We were able to park our car in one of these spots while we used a truck for a local transport. Very handy!U-Haul texts, which include a vehicle inspection to complete 30 minutes after you pick up (and are already driving), aren't helpful. But that's corporate; not a problem unique to this location.”
“Woman behind the desk was very freindly I enjoyed talking to her. Though it did feel more like self serve than a dedicated u haul place.
A note that is not the fault of the rental place when corporate changed my rental location they didn't change my pick up time which was after they closed, luckily I noticed it and went almost an hour early to get the truck which was good because if I hadn't I wouldn't have been able to pick it up the day I was supposed to”
